Hi Guys season is now complete, as requested next year's fixtures and dates are now on website, as previously stated Dates are not set in stone if you feel need for a change then contact opposing Convener and try to arrange, when that done contact myself and I will alter website as needed.
Thanks to a keen eyed member who spotted the deliberate mistake, glad to know someone out there is watching and is interested.

Date for 2012 A.G.M. Gents the A.G.M. shall be held on Thursday 16th February 2012 at Clober Golf Club, start time shall be 7.30pm.

Annual Dinner
GENT'S This years Dinner Was held at Cawder Golf Club on Friday 4th of November.
I have reviewed my report of this year after some members took offence regarding my jibes at our Immediate Past President Derek McCulloch's opening speech of last year. Up until this year we never ever had a position on your committee of Immediate Past President, it was bestowed upon Mr McCulloch as an honour for his outstanding work on behalf of the Thomson McCrone League over the previous 2 years, I have known Derek personally since he took over as Convener of his local club and found him as one not short of a jibe or two at the opposing Conveners and players on match days, that was and is the Derek McCulloch that I know, I am fairly confident that a number of Conveners would agree, that not withstanding I offer my unreserved apology to Derek for any slight upon himself.
Derek I apologise.
Its a pity those members that phoned do not have your outstanding humour as it certainly brings in to question our reputation of being a friendly League.
