This year's Dinner was held in Clydebank & District clubhouse on Friday 27th November. At this stage I would like to thank the Captain for joining us and thank the Committee and members for the use of their clubhouse. The bar staff are all due a great vote of thanks for their hard work and Lesley Banks (Caterer) for presenting and serving an excellent meal

The speakers on the evening were a Mr John McKelvie and Mr Kenny Clark. Again I thought both speakers were highly entertaining.

A huge vote of thanks to Vice President Derek McCulloch for organising and selling a huge amount of raffle tickets on the evening, without his effort we would have made a huge loss on the evening through certain clubs feeling that they just can't be bothered, to blame the recession is a pretty lame excuse and if every club tried even only to have 4 people there it would be great financially.

May I at this stage personally thank all the convenors and players who continue to support this our ONLY social function of the year and to the rest who can't be bothered what a good night you missed.
