Gents, Annual Dinner took place at Dullatur Golf club, thanks go to Captain Frankie Bannachan and members of Dullatur G C for allowing us the premises to host our event. The Captain welcomed us and provided some local points of interest, toilets and fire escapes and passed mic to the President.

President Raymond McQueen welcmed everyone and thanked them for coming along, he introduced his top table and passed mic to Vice President Raymond Fleming to say grace.

Dinner was served by Club Manager Ross and his team, the soup was a meal in it's own, the Steak Pie that followed was also exceptionally tasty, thanks go to the chef and all serving staff,

Short comfort break and on to the presentation of of Trophies, Vice President made the annoucements and the President awarded the trophies, ( gents rant incoming, 12 trophies played for, 6 teams attended to collect their trophy, why oh why do teams not wish to attend this evening, so much effort goes into getting your team involved and no response from yourselves ).

Short comfort break and President introduces 1st speaker Peter Brown, Peter has his own style of speaking, very funny and extremely entertaining, thanks to Peter for his time and warmth, very professinaly entertaining.

Another short interval and on to 2nd speaker, President introduces Tam Cowan, sit back and put your tin hat on, Tam is off, his style is right at you, if he missed you you were lucky, some may have wished not to have tried " bantering " with him, most definetely "C - - T" who definetely lost the contest, Tam just kept us all in my personal opinion very well entertained and the stories and gags so fast and furious difficult to pick a winner, another tremendous speaker.

Quick comfort break and on to the raffle, over 20 fourballs provided by yourselves and donations of bottles from various members, thanks to everyone for donations, Sam has advised me that £ 500 was raised in raffle, Gent's please take a bow.

Straight on to Honourary President James Cowan for Vote of Thanks, James thanked all the above mentioned and completed the evening.

The President closed the evening and thanked everyone for attending and wished everyone a safe journey home.
